Frequently asked questions

Do I own the website after delivery?
Yes — you own everything outright. The code, content, and domain are yours. There are no recurring platform fees and no lock-in. You can host the site yourself or add our Care Plan for managed hosting.
What does the Care Plan include?
The Care Plan covers managed Hostinger hosting, monthly security and framework updates, daily automated backups, SSL certificate renewal, uptime monitoring, and one content update per month (e.g. menu change, new team member). Support tickets receive a response within 24 hours on business days.
Where will the site be hosted?
On our Care Plan, we host on Hostinger (UK data centre, 99.9% uptime SLA). If you prefer self-hosting, we hand off the full codebase and a deployment guide — it runs on any standard PHP/Laravel host including Hostinger, SiteGround, or your own VPS.
Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
We offer a full refund if you cancel before the discovery call. After work has started, we refund the portion of work not yet delivered. Once the site is live and signed off, payments are non-refundable. We will always talk through any concerns before reaching that point.
How long does the process actually take?
We target 7 calendar days from receiving your brief and brand assets (logo, colours, copy). Complex custom scopes may take 10–14 days — we will confirm a firm date at the discovery call. The 7-day clock starts once we have everything we need from you, not from payment.
What is your support response time after launch?
Care Plan clients receive a response within 24 business hours. For one-time project clients, we offer paid ad-hoc support at £75/hr, or you are welcome to manage the site yourself — the admin panel is designed to be used without technical knowledge.
